What is Grabalot Source? Is it a Takealot product research tool?
Grabalot Source is a Takealot seller tool for Chinese sellers and cross-border teams. Track the PLIDs you choose with a sales tracker, price tracker, competitor tracking, bestsellers analysis and product insights. Data is collected continuously by Grabalot.
Is the full catalog searchable?
No. You only see products on your tracking list, keeping access scoped and compliant.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. New accounts receive trial days and tracking quota as configured by admin.
What currency does PayPal charge?
Always USD. CNY / ZAR on the site are display-only.
What is your refund policy?
See the Refund Guarantee page. Open billing periods are generally non-refundable; contact support for billing errors.
Can I use it for competitor tracking and bestsellers?
Yes. Add competitor PLIDs to your watchlist to see daily sales, price monitoring, reviews and shipping — for competitor tracking, listing and sourcing decisions.
Does it support variant tracking and Takealot dropshipping?
Yes. After adding a URL you can select colour/size variants. Each uses 1 slot, which fits listing, Takealot dropshipping and variant tracking.
